Julia M. Pearce, Esq., brings 35 years of distinguished practice to clients seeking clarity and security in life’s most important transitions. She obtained a bachelor's degree from Louisiana State University, her Juris Doctor from Tulane University Law School and subsequently obtained an LLM in Taxation from New York University. Her expertise spans estate planning, business formation and structuring, succession administration, and real estate transactions.

 We are thrilled to welcome Philip J. Pearce, Esq., to our team as a new associate attorney. Admitted to the bar in 2025, he brings fresh energy, a strong foundation in estate planning and civil litigation, and a genuine commitment to client advocacy. He earned his bachelor's and J.D. from LSU and focuses on delivering compassionate, results-oriented representation. Eager to contribute to our firm's tradition of excellence, Philip is dedicated to helping clients navigate challenging legal matters with integrity and personalized attention.
